The customer pays the difference if the value of the exchanged product is greater.
Products can only be exchanged once.

I/ Exchange Regulations.

Exchange - return policy

✔️ Product exchange conditions:

Exchange goods within 07 days from the date the customer receives the product
The product is in its original condition upon receipt, with all tags and labels intact.
The product has not been laundered or dirty, damaged.

II / Return Regulations.

Customers are entitled to return products in case there is a fault arising from the manufacturer or the store delivers the wrong or missing product
Cases of manufacturer defects include: color fading, material errors, seam errors...
The store will process within 7 days from the date of receiving the defective product.
